armbian 5.25 network manager issue

Hy, i find one big problem. Can't add new connection type in network manager. Edit box is inactive,gray...

Not work network manager on orange pi pc and plus2e

It must be related to permissions. It's working under root.

thanks help... i how to run network manager with root permission or how to change permission that run my user account.

the problem, i start network manager bot not ask password prompt...
