XU4 + Mainline 4.9.13 = no FAN cooling

Hi,

 

I really like the OS but notice that while operating the fan never turns on. It does spin when first powered up but never after that while running.

Is there something additional i need to add to get the fan to operate?

Mainline support for XU4 is not perfect / still fixing things at the moment ... please try daily kernel builds to see if this is fixed by now. We use Hardkernel branch, more or less unchanged.

 

Check this thread at hard kernel forum for more wisdom.
