eselarm Posted Wednesday at 04:19 PM Posted Wednesday at 04:19 PM Various (newer) Armbian OS images do not have a separate boot partition (anymore). So there is then only 1 partition where also the DTB files are and it is Ext4 formatted, which Windows cannot read. So you need a Linux computer to do DTB file copy. You might encounter another problem, as usually a DTB file is paired with a matching kernel/version, but I do not know your files/version/images, also have no Amlogic box. 0 Quote
SteeMan Posted Wednesday at 06:25 PM Posted Wednesday at 06:25 PM Do you have a non-windows machine to use? There may be an incompatibility with the partition type and windows. 0 Quote
hiemz alhuda Posted Thursday at 12:46 AM Author Posted Thursday at 12:46 AM so where dtb file located? i have VM Ware workstation 0 Quote
SteeMan Posted Thursday at 02:27 AM Posted Thursday at 02:27 AM It is in the fat32 partition on the sd card. The issue seems to be that that partition is created in such a way that windows can't see it, even though it is a windows formatted partition. 0 Quote
SteeMan Posted Thursday at 02:28 AM Posted Thursday at 02:28 AM I should ask, what image are you working with? 0 Quote
