Rock 3C audio RK809 card

With kernel 6.6.56-current-rockchip64 the audio works correctly:
cat /proc/asound/cards
 0 [RK809          ]: simple-card - Analog RK809
                      Analog RK809
 1 [HDMI           ]: simple-card - HDMI
                      HDMI

 

With kernel 6.12.30-current-rockchip64 the RK809 card is not available:
cat /proc/asound/cards
 0 [HDMI           ]: simple-card - HDMI
                      HDMI

 

How can this be solved ?

I am not very familiar with Radxa and Rock.  But I cannot find the board among those supported by armbian.  Let me ask you where you got your image and kernel?

I'd probably start with comparion the device trees of both images and check for altered/removed nodes related to audio.

I tried the image from "armbian.atomonetworks.com" and the exact same thing happens.
