Guys, how can I install Mali's X11 userspace driver for desktop, web browser and video hardware acceleration  Thanks in advance.

We don't pack or provide MALI for Odroids but I guess you should be able to make use of Maveric work. I can't give you more detail how to and guarantee that it works, but it's worth trying: https://forum.odroid.com/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=5908
