Looks like the package in subject is not in the repos. However, there are other packages depending on it (explicitly indicating that the required version is >=25.8.2) so this prevents package updates. Interestingly, for the armhf target the package is available, so I suspect a build issue. Any clue?

Thanks for the quick confirmation! From your answer I guess it is an issue that is already under investigation. No need to open a dedicated issue on some tracker, right?

Only that its a known issue. In open source world it is normal to see magnitude more issues then its resolving capacity.  I'll look into when possible - its high on 2do list.
