Igor
Forget about using this wifi. It could be the worst chip ever made The only real solution is to use some USB based wifi, Realtek 8811AU or 8812AU is recommended.
köksal
İf ı connection usb wifi to my opi zero , is it connection wifi?. The XR810 is already damaged. If ı add an extra wifi module(Realtek 8811AU or 8812AU), can it?
Igor
Optionally disable onboard wifi - blacklist the module xradio. Then attach a good and supported wireless chip and you are good to go. 881x is a good choice but there are other good as well. You can find them on download page: https://www.armbian.com/orange-pi-zero/ (scroll down)

As you said, the best solution is to buy a new wifi module.
