gc2035 & vfe_v4l2 modules not found

I've just install  armbian on an brand new Orange Pi lite. When trying to setup camera modules with

sudo modprobe gc2035

sudo modprobe vfe_v4l2

the result is 

modprobe: FATAL: Module gc2035 not found in directory /lib/modules/4.14.18-sunxi

root@opi:~# lsb_release -a

Is this still relevant?

I've found https://github.com/avafinger/gc2035, so gc2035 is available to build from source (though I didn't manage to make it work).

And I don't know what to do with vfe_v4l2.
