There are three things, when you open new topic:

2. armbianmonitor -u

I could already see the problem in the logs (and hostapd debug logs), since:

tells nothing since TP-link is known to use different chips under the same product name. Some crappy wireless chips/drivers simply doesn't support AP mode.

 

And this problem has most likely nothing to do specifically with Armbian.
