On March 6th a big update to the rock64 DTS happened on the default kernel upstream.  It included hooking to the SoC codec, so we should have that feature available soon, I haven't personally tested it yet.

To be honest I don't spend a lot of time with vendor kernels, so I hadn't checked if the audio jack worked or not on it.  (I still haven't so if anyone else has one that works, speak up)

Same here. In Armbian Stretch, the 3.5mm jack works and appears on aplay -l perfectly, but it doesn´t appear on bionic.

How can I activate it? Or it´s a kernel bug?

Thanks

Kernel's are shared, so that shouldn't be it.  I can look into his tonight or tomorrow

Hi TonyMac32, any news?

I'm looking into it but i haven't found a solution. With an USB 3.5mm card works perfect, but I need the integrated port...

Thanks!
