Putting a photos app with image recognition on it like photoprism/photoview/immich, jellyfin and frigate for cameras. A lot of people try to use the SBCs as desktop machines, but the perform is the main point when they do some complain. With this hardware I think this can be different. It might be hard to find an ITS case that would accommodate 6 drives though. Mostly RPIs, 3, 4 and 5 (would probably replace the 3b or the 3b+ although none of them is struggling). I currently run Nextcloud, Gitlab-CE, Stirling-pdf, tracd and a number of other smaller services, all managed with Portainer and started up initially by docker-compose files.
