OrangePi run mame to slow

On my OrangePi+2e     MAME    run to slow in Full screen mode!!!!

 

When i resize window in a small resolution , everything runs ok...but when i m larging the screen , then i have a speed problems with MAME  games.

Is there anyone else with the same issue???
