Add overlayroot feature in Armbian Buster

I noticed that overlayroot package is absent in armbian buster.

Is it possible to add this feature to Armbian Buster?

We provide different variants of userland (Debian Buster, Ubuntu Focal, Debian Sid, ...) right because we never planned to do anything in the direction you are interested. But you are welcome to explore if this is possible and make it available for others https://docs.armbian.com/Process_Contribute/ Than remember to maintain this feature or someday will just stops working ...
