Cameras Issues While Connected to USB3.0

Hello Everyone! I'm currently working on a nano pi  m4b with a rockchip 3399 processor on it. I need to use an USB camera for my application but I am experiencing some issues that have been really hard to track down lately. First of all I'm using a 5 mega pixels camera  with a OV5640 CMOS sensor and I experience some glitches with the image while live streaming. Besides that, I can only get an image while connected to USB 2.0, the 3.0 gives me a black screen with sporadic glitched frames. I'm running Linux 4.4.213-rk3399 on it and here are the dmesg dump logs I'm geting. Has anyone else had this kind of issue?
