How can I specify the linux version when compiling?

Hello, I don't want the linux version often change on different Armbian compiling, for example, use linux 5.15.34 every time. Can I ?

Keep in mind patchsets change accordingly to work with upstream so fixing to a version could break compilation sooner or later.

Not sure if using arguments would work but if not you have to edit the files directly like here
