UART parity modes fault

Good day!

I found some oddities with UART port driver.

If I change the speed or the number of bits in the transmission, then everything works fine.

But if I try to set the parity it does not sets.

Not work modes: "EVEN, SPACE, MARK".

Normal works only "NONE".

Anyone faced similar problem? 

 

Tested under minicom and Java prorgam. The same result. 

 

 

p.s.

I mean this modes sets only logical and does not sets physical. The device on other end always reports parity errors.
