Is possible to set up an OpenVPN server with a PINE64 board?

Recommended Posts

I just bought this PINE64 board.
I flashed the ARMbian GNOME Desktop OS image into an SD card, in order to boot into the board.

I already tried to set up an OpenVPN server using this guide (tested with another Ubuntu machine, it worked) but for some reason this does not work using the PINE64 board. All the steps seems to complete successful and the VPN server seems to be up and running, passed the ovpn file to the client user but when the user try to connect to the VPN network the log messages from the VPN client always said "Server poll timeout..." and, of course, the connection never happen.
Which could be the problem? Am I missing something for this set up ?
