But when I go with my browser to lets say

http://apt.armbian.com/dists/jessie/jessie-desktop/binary-armhf/Packages

I do get the file..

 

what is going on here? did I do something wrong?

No problems from my location. I just made an upgrade to one of the Armbian servers.
