aditnsr Posted June 5, 2023 Posted June 5, 2023 I did a fresh install of armbian jammy 23.5 cli on my orangepi 5 (I previously used 22.11 and 23.02), and I cannot reboot. "sudo reboot" just hangs the system. Not really a big deal, just somewhat annoying, because previous versions runs fine. Anybody else experiencing the same problem? "armbianmonitor -U" output is attached. armbianu.txt 0 Quote
Werner Posted June 5, 2023 Posted June 5, 2023 Confirmed. Got a chance to test an 23.02 image which ships 5.10.110 kernel? Grab from here: https://armbian.hosthatch.com/archive/orangepi5/archive/ 0 Quote
vandyman Posted June 5, 2023 Posted June 5, 2023 (edited) I am using the Opi5 official website image 5-31-2023. And do not have the reboot issue. (sudo reboot) EDIT: sorry I just noticed you are running cli. I am using gnome desktop. Edited June 5, 2023 by vandyman 0 Quote

conky Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 I'm having same problem as aditnsr when trying to reboot the Gnome Desktop version with my Orange Pi 5. I'll go back to using 23.02 until it's fixed. 0 Quote
