hdmi monitor not working if i plug after orange pi starts

i have orange pi pc plus and i use a hdmi monitor with it, 

i use xorg to run browser kiosk

there is a problem with monitor

if i connect hdmi before armbian starts monitor works well and show desktop

but if i start orange pi (wait few seconds) and then connect hdmi cable then the  monitor shows nothing
