Araki Posted November 8, 2023 Posted November 8, 2023 I'm currently trying to set up an Orange Pi PC, Armbian 23.8 Bookworm. After the first boot via ssh and performing `sudo apt-get update`, I see that the Armbian project seemingly using the official Debian mirrors to update the Debian itself, as well as Yandex mirrors to update the Armbian-specific software ( http://mirror.yandex.ru/mirrors/armbian/apt ). The device connects to the official Debian mirrors without any issue, but can't connect to the Yandex mirrors, since most Ukrainian ISPs enforce censorship by banning major Russian websites, which includes the yandex.ru domain. This leads to this warning after performing `sudo apt-get update`: ``` W: Failed to fetch http://apt.armbian.com/dists/bookworm/InRelease Could not connect to mirror.yandex.ru:80 (127.0.0.1). - connect (111: Connection refused) W: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead. ``` Any workaround for that besides using a VPN? 0 Quote
