Solution NicoD Posted November 10, 2023 Solution Posted November 10, 2023 I know this is the same on other Rockchip devices. Not sure what the cause is. Might be interference. I use usb audio adapter or hdmi-audio on all my boards. Never the on-board audio jack because it was a problem long ago with other boards. Even RPi used to have terrible sound on audio jack if I remember well. 0 Quote
quackmore Posted November 12, 2023 Author Posted November 12, 2023 Thanks, I think I'm gonna use an external adapter too 0 Quote
quackmore Posted November 13, 2023 Author Posted November 13, 2023 thank you I ordered a HMDI to VGA adapter that has an audio jack output too but I'll keep your suggestion as a backup solution 0 Quote
kris777 Posted September 22 Posted September 22 I confirm the sound on the OrangePi 3LTS / internal card and the 3.5 jack output is very bad with noise. I can confirm the correct operation of the USB sound card based on the chip: Pcm2706 (can be read: 16-Bit Delta-Sigma Stereo DAC) link1 link2 0 Quote
