elias.bothell Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 (I am running Ubuntu Core QT-Embedded on a nanoPi Neo using this network adapter)The first time I used the network adapter it worked perfectly. I saw the adapter when I typed ifconfig -a and it connected to my network when I typed the following commands:ifdown wlan0 ifup wlan0Then I unplugged the power supply and plugged it back in and now it doesn't work or show up on ifconfig -a. I tested it out on my Windows machine and the adapter works fine, and when I type lsusb I can see a network adapter so I'm very confused. How can I resolve this issue?
martinayotte Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 If you unplug/replug it, what is outputted in "dmesg" ?

Igor Posted March 6, 2017 Posted March 6, 2017 If nothing was changed on the system I would try using different cables / PSU. I assume you are powering thee board via micro USB connector, which is problematic by default.
