Dan Popa Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Hi everybody! I'm new on Linux and I have a problem. I burned the Armbian OS on an SD card for a OrangePi PC and I created an User name [dp] and a Password. When I login, instead to see the Desktop image, Armbian seems to wait for a command or something. The OS displays the following text: dp@orangepipc: ~$_ What should I type now to see the Desktop? Anyone want to help me?

Igor Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 Desktop should start automatically after you create an username - in first root login and if you used desktop image. In case of some SD card detects or if you press "CTRL-C" to break user creation, desktop boot won't be enabled ...
Dan Popa Posted April 25, 2017 Author Posted April 25, 2017 Thanks for your answer, Igor. I changed the SD card and now it's working! But now I have another problem: how to install the driver for the WiFi connexion?
