mkimage: Can't open /boot/zImage: No such file or directory

Recommended Posts

Hi, I tried update/repair kernel on cubietruck today. I have /dev/sda1 on / type ext4 (rw... and /dev/nand1 on /mnt type vfat (rw) and I am running Ubuntu on this board.

I entered command below as root:

wget -q -O - http://upgrade.armbian.com | bash

Last messages on screen:

NAND install
           Converting and copying kernel.

Hmm, update while installed on /dev/sda seems to cause troubles.  :(

Other scenarios works.

If you haven't rebooted, I think you will need to install kernel+uboot+dtbs+roots via apt-get metod

I am working on this solution.

I made a script rework today and now it's much better and if it can't do the work it exits before doing any damage.
