Need unplug and plug action to make wifi dongle worked

I had my banana pi M5 installed with Armbian 24.11.1 Noble Gnome.

I had trouble with the wifi dongle which is TP-Link (RTL8188 skew) product.

The system detects no wifi adapter after booting or reboot, 

however, it can be detected after a hot-plug (remove then plug) action.

 

How can I solve the problem?

Providing logs with 

armbianmonitor -u

 helps with troubleshooting and significantly raises chances that issue gets addressed.
