armbian don't start

I install Armbian on my Orange Pi Win Plus, i use the image for Orange PI Win 

i have the boot starter after nothing,

 

someone can help

What is on serial console?

my orange PI is connected to a screen with HDMI cable

 

i take the version: Armbian_5.27.170614_Orangepiwin_Ubuntu_xenial_dev_4.11.1_desktop

Those images are under development and therefore come without an end user support. If you are a developer, I would expect that you have at least serial console? Some testing images - which were made for testing and are not tested - might simply lack video driver or it is just broken and there is nothing we can do. I could spend a day to find out what the real problem is and the person, who is working on this, could already fix it in the mean time ...

i'm not a developer, i juste like testing this technology, 

if you have a tutorial, i will try to edit this. 

i don't know how how to have an serial console.

Serial console is a simple and essential debug tool: http://linux-sunxi.org/UART. Get this one.

 

It's fine if you like to test and play with those things, but as I said this board software support is in a development stage and there is no specific support or tutorials for end users. The functionality of this image is only to a certain degree.
