Armbian 5.30 Ubuntu xenial cross board support

Sorta basic question, I have orange Pi Lite's, and Orange Pi PC+'s in various projects.

The hardware looks similar except for emmc and ethernet, are the images interchangeable after installation?

For full functionality, you need to exchange boot loader and bsp - board support packages. Package naming logic is described here: https://www.armbian.com/kernel/
