zador.blood.stained
"Exec format error" at this stage may mean issues with qemu-user-static or binfmt support in the kernel. apt-cacher can be easily disabled if you suspect any issues with it, and jessie armhf debootstrap was working fine for me a couple of days ago. HenkK
I see Igor took it to the forum, saves me the effort in finding out in which sub forum it would fit best. Some more info: Host is a 64 bit VirtualBox (allocated 2GB RAM, 4 CPU cores, lots of swapspace) "Ubuntu16.04.3 LTS Xenial Xerus" - Release amd64. I have uploaded the logs to http://www.hauntedlantern.com/logs-05_11_2017-17_24_33.tgz . On my work laptop I did exactly the same and there it doesn't fail.
