Amlogic S805 Images

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have an Amlogic S805 TV box (TVIP S-500, 512 MB RAM, stock Android 4.4 / kernel 3.10.33) and I would like to run Armbian from an SD card.

I extracted the stock DTB from the Android boot.img (compatible = "AMLOGIC,8726_M8B"), so I only need a matching image and the multiboot files.

All the Yandex Disk links I found (yadi.sk/d/DnCkh3KBvAFES, yadi.sk/d/QCGU0PIv3G5kEa, yadi.sk/d/c9kY4tuLuPF3Y, yadi.sk/d/wc2jqGsHuKy48) no longer work.

Could anyone who still has them re-upload, please:
1. Armbian_5.67_Aml-s805_Debian_stretch_default_3.10.108_20181207.img (or the Ubuntu bionic variant, or any S805 image with kernel 3.10.x)
2. The S805 multiboot files (aml_autoscript / aml_autoscript.zip)

A Google Drive, Mega or archive.org link would be great. Thank you!

Sorry I don't have any old S8xxx images but I think you could try one of these images https://armbian.com/boards/aml-s805-mxq

I don't think your extracted DTB file will work with Armbian, you'll have to pick one from the dtb's that come with the image.

Let me say that 500MB ram sounds a little, but maybe it'll work.

There are also some AML 9xx imager that may work here https://armbian.com/boards/aml-s9xx-box
