screen logo change and automatic start own program

Hi,

 

           I'm first time to lean that  " Orange Pi" and Debian Linux system,

           I have two questions.

 

           1. How to change that  the scree picture or character after typing  user name/password.

           2. How to starting my own program after system boot-up finished. My program is connect to copy machine it will catch that using status and send back to server.
