Vanilla install hang at starting version 232

Im using armbian stretch on an Orange Pi Zero Plus. On normal boot up, the system hangs at starting version 232 for around 1-2 minutes. After this the system procedes to boot normally.

 

What is this delay time and is there any way I can remove it?
