Headless OPi PC, what can I shut down and how?

Hello,

 

My OPi PC runs headless as a web and file server, I don-t need sound, gpu, video/hdmi, IR, microphone... only Ethernet and USB.

 

Are these things that can be shut down to save power and perhaps memory too? How?
