The sides are in my git repo as .rsdoc and .STL files. Or you can convert anything to STL using the designspark cad software. All the master files are on the git repo. I've posted a lot of content but if you read through everything between the GIT and this thread, you will find all of the answers you need (I believe). BTW I have not even started to SEX up the case design. right now I'm just slowly making it a working design and fixing bugs from the basic "shape" concept. I've found that more or less all online posts of data and measurments are wrong. Even the AMAZON link for the LCD shows different pinouts between multi images in the pcb mask. And got your Anet A8 back on line? Looking at it I think I kind of like that design better then the ender neo I purchased from a local big box store. The plastic wheel bearings have to be very tight to steady the print tray. And the wheels are starting to wear with few hours on it. that printer has nice pillow bearing blocks spaced out and twin Z axis screws...... I might have gone for that had I seen that. I'm already wanting to change the bearings to a different setup on this ender. My Monoprice mini delta is much faster and much much better print quality from all aspects, but it has a scale issue everything is small by like 2% and its work area is only 110x110 mm :(. Beyond that out of the box my MP mini delta kicks the crap out of the ender neo for speed and quality from factory. In general .RSDOC files are source cad drawing files from designspark, .STL is well stl, and files in .DXF format are generally for cnc milling or laser cutting.

I just finished designing  a new feature for the OPI5 micro desktop. I'm not going to announce what it is but will be interesting to see if anyone talks about it. The new cad file update has been committed to the git repo, I wonder if I will get any feedback on the design. No photos or other files have been updated.

Can you post some technical specifications?
The thermal dissipation power of this device.
And for comparison, the maximum power allocated on the processor.

Yes, i have. The possibilitie to add 4020 fan in the case instead of a 3010. The most 3010 fans are really noisy and if an 4020 will fit is it possible to add the Noctua NF-A4x20 PWM. And the is a lot more silent!

I have created a Cad drawing of the OPI5 motherboard and a micro desktop case design that can be 3d printed and cnc/laser milled.
    https://github.com/berin-aquaquad/orange-pi-5
The Motherboard cad drawing is or should be 99% accurate. I use Designspark Cad software (free) This is a work in progress, and I have not built it yet. I'm still looking at options I want to add before I build it. As well as any last min. adjustments. The only special aspect I'll point out, is that the main body is designed as a split shell. That is to allow smaller 3d printers to be able to print the main body. I have ordered the GeeekPi Raspberry Pi 4 PWM Fan, Raspberry Pi Low-Profile CPU Cooler with RGB Cooling Fan. When I receive that in the mail, I'll ensure all measurements in my cad file are good and start building. I know there are missing vents and I/O port openings. AGAIN this is a BETA cad file post with a 99% accurate OPI5 SBC board cad file. Anyone who checks it out please give me some feedback. Though I work on luxury yachts I went to school for graphic design.
