If we'd had infinite resources Armbian would run on any ARM based hardware on the planet. However quite the opposite is the case so we have to limit ourselves

They are not compatible and Armbian does not support the Zero3. However support can be added if someone steps up for this task. Any Armbian images you may find for the Zero3 in the web are not ours.

This community is dedicated to issues running Armbian OS on your board. If you have issues with a different OS you need to ask where you got that from. In terms of Orangepi directly I suggest to visit their forums and/or Discord. We at Armbian cannot help.

We try our best to avoid this. However people are often enough tricked into thinking they'd receive any sort of support or advise in these forums using 3rd party fork which would not only be impossible to provide but also stupid. Anyway initial problem apparently has been solved.

I think WiFi only works on old legacy 4.9.y kernel images. Try those if you need this functionality. Why? https://docs.armbian.com/User-Guide_FAQ/#why-does-hardware-feature-xy-work-in-old-kernel-but-not-in-more-recent-one
