Armbian does not boot on orange pi pc

What i have so far:

1 sd card, with Armbian Bionic image, flashed with Etcher

2 Orange Pi PC connected to PC through usb to serial converter

And my problem is:

Orange pi pc tries to boot for few times and stuck

Strange. Another SD card? Different brand, different PSU. Without anything attached to the board?

I can only confirm that my OPi PC+ boots without a problem. Don't have this exact board (Orangepi PC) to make sure.

Actualy, once it booted normaly, showde message that pc nesds to reboot, and than ends up with described problem
