Which is fastest and how much faster? The h3 or a64? Thank you.

From the architecture side the A64 because

A64 => Cortex A53 Core's => 2,24 DMISP/MHz

H3 => Cortex A7 Core's => 1,9 DMIPS/MHz

 

Now it depents on the clockrate... (...and the software optimisation)
