Change behavior of reset button

How can I catch the reset button pressed. In other words, how can I change the behavior of the reset button on RK3399?

Which Rockchip RK3399? The NanoPi M4/M4V2? The RockPi4A/B/C? The RockPro64? The NanoPC T4? The Khadas Edge? The NanoPi NEO4? The Firefly RK3399? ...
Or a TV-Box? RK3399 is not a device but a SoC. We know nothing if you say RK3399.
Most reset buttons are hardwired. Means they break power. So that you can not program.
