Odroid N2+ Garbled screen right after boot, and then goes to proper dmesg output

Minor annoyance, but wondering if there's a way to fix this on boot ?

It's happened on all releases i've tried (emmc) enough of an annoyance now to ask about it.

i've tried setting various resolutions in the boot.cfg but that doesn't seem to make a difference?

When I first turn it on I see this;

Then it goes to this

Then, i see normal dmesg and it's all usable.

Besides all of this seems like an issue with U-Boot in my eyes. Which is not uncommon. Some boards even have HDMI disabled in U-Boot on purpose to work around incompatibilities.
