Python migration from 3.7.3 to 3.8?

Is there an easy way to migrate from python 3.7.3 to python 3.8 ?

Hardware : X96 Mini, SOC: Amlogic S905W, CPU: ARM Cortex-A53, RAM: 2GB DDR3, e-MMC: 16GB
Build : Armbian_20.07_Arm-64_buster_current_5.7.9.img.xz
OS: Armbian Buster with Linux 5.3.0-aml-g12 - aarch64
