nand-sata-install keeps boot on SD card

Hello,

I installed armbian on my board and decided to attach HDD to move rootfs on it. So I used script which you provide nand-sata-install. It worked as expected but not sure why it kept /boot still on SDcard?

I do understand that uboot needs to be still on SDcard present, but uboot should be able to find /boot directory also on HDD partition, right?

Or is there some compatibility issue, why this approach was decided?

My concerns are if sdcard dies, i need to recreate not only uboot but also /boot.
