Tethering no connection

Hi

I have a problem with USB tethering on my Armbian device (Nanopi Neo). It has static IP assigned to eth0 and I connect to it via ssh from another computer.

My /etc/network/interfaces file is:

auto eth0
allow-hotplug eth0
iface eth0 inet static
address 192.168.0.170
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.0.1
dns-nameservers 192.168.0.1

When I connect android tethering device to the USB on Armbian and run ifconfig -a I get

eth0: flags=4163<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
        inet 192.168.0.170 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.0.255

lo: flags=73<UP,LOOPBACK,RUNNING> mtu 65536

        RX packets 30 bytes 3021 (2.9 KiB)
        RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0
        TX packets 35 bytes 4580 (4.4 KiB)
        TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0

It discovers usb0 but it assigns 192.168.182.135 and I have no internet access. Probably my interface settings are wrong. I'll be grateful for any help.
