HikerBob Posted September 5, 2022 Share Posted September 5, 2022 I'm doing some testing setting up a pair of T95 max's (TV boxes with Inovato Quadra Debian and Allwinner H6 CPU's) as observatory controllers for astronomy. One step that I've not got past yet is getting a VNC server running on the build. Is anyone aware of a set of instructions for installing/building a VNC server which should work with this setup I use realvnc on Raspberry pi's and have tried installing it, tightvnc and building tiger vnc so far with issues which I've not got past yet. HikerBob Posted September 6, 2022 Author Share Posted September 6, 2022 I was provided with an answer via a response to a different question on the indilib.org forum (part of the software stack I use for the observatory) using X11VNC server. It appears to work well once configured. I'm connecting to it using the realVNC Viewer. Thanks Werner for finding the correct location for this question.
