fake chinese X96Q the 1/8 gb with the H313

Hi boys(and gilrz and others) , i have a question plz;

 

Did Somebody manage to find a working img of armbian that match with the fake chinese X96Q the 1/8 gb with the H313 , because i tried every img that i find on the internet , and i did not manage to boot it correclty

You mentioned that it's a fake.  Possibly because it is a copy it may have not be a perfect copy and that may be why you can't find firmware that will work with it. Also, the only place to find official Armbian images.

 

Have you tried building your own image using the Armbian build tools?  That way you can customise the image you're building to your requirements.

I think that you can try the bigtreetech-cb1 images. I have one of this TV boxes and it works with the images. The only thing that doesn't work is the WiFi.

i need S96Q 4K allwinner h313 firmware

I found it. after searching I came across this repo on GitHub https://github.com/warpme/miniarch/releases/tag/20231112-6.6.8

I have not tried it yet, but I have realized for the h313 x96q, now I have not tried anything, but here are the supposed steps

 

1- Wrote img to SD card using Etcher

2- Inserted SD card in Device

3- Powered ON the device and it Booted from SD card

4- followed update instructions on GitHub Repo.

5- Rebooted after all updates,

6- Basic Arch was ready to be used 

Here USB keyboard , LAN, HDMI worked normally.

 

After reboot, logged in as root, and ran "start" command,

Now here selected option 5, which is install EndeavourOS

Process just ask you Yes/No questions, then you can select your DE, location etc. Automated script downloaded bunch of files and started its installation.

Got the message that installation is done successfully and came back to terminal.

Rebooted from terminal

After this point got only blank screen , dont know it is still booting without HDMI or not

So need to revert back to step -1 writing basic image to SD card.

And this time sticking to terminal only.

@Blaize The link you posted is not an Armbian image.  You should move this conversation to a forum that supports the software you intend to install.  We can't help you here for non-armbian related questions.
