Kernel Panic only after reboot command

I get Kernel Panics when i do a reboot of the device with the reboot command.

I don't get any Panics, when doing a normal boot of the System by powering it.

The Panics don't occur on Manjaro.

 

 Updating the kernel to 6.1, did nothing for me and the Panic messages are always different and occur at different points of the Boot process.

The System runs stable for days, when it boots.

 

I don't have any clues what is going on hear, but i it seems that the device and sdcards aren't broken.

Providing logs with 

armbianmonitor -u

 helps with troubleshooting and significantly raises chances that issue gets addressed.

Probably because they occur to early.

So i poked at it a bit more.

It seems like when i use the reboot command the SD Card gets unstable.

Is there a way of improving the stability at the reboot state?
