lds6 Posted January 26, 2017 Share Posted January 26, 2017 Hi, I've tried to use the Ubuntu Xenial Mainline 4.9.4 server on my orange pi one. The u-boot log messages appear on the HDMI monitor but after the "Starting Kernel" message, the monitor shows "No Signal". I can still acess it through SSH. Executing dmesg, there is a log "simple-framebuffer: probe of 59f42000.framebuffer failed with error -12". I'm new to Linux, Is there a way I can fix it ? Thx. jgrulich Posted January 31, 2017 Share Posted January 31, 2017 I have the same issue, may be it's still related to use of HDMI-to-DVI adapter cable. At Jessie I've used the h3disp utility to set the -d parameter. But with the mainline there is dtb instead of bin boot configuration file and therefor no this utility anymore available.
