Change the system boot parameters script.bin

Hello!
I use OS armbian (2.9) on cubietruck board.
I decided to upgrade to version 5.31 and have problems.
Previously, parameters of hardware and interfaces SoC chip changed in the script.bin file.
The bin2fex and fex2bin commands can edit these parameters.

I do not understand where and what to edit (https://docs.armbian.com/User-Guide_Allwinner_overlays/)
For example, how can I change the capacity of a connected battery?
Previously it was the parameter pmu_battery_cap in the [pmu_para] section, its default value is 2100

I need to change it to 5000.
Please help!

my problem too

If you stick to kernel 3.4.y this goes the same way, while on mainline you don't need to do anything.
