hanni76 Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 Dear maintainers, can you answer a simple question: which board should be selected in build menu for BananaPi M1+ ? I can see 2 options for A20 Soc : "bananapi" and "bananapipro" ? Which one is the preferred option ? Thanks
zador.blood.stained Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 After this stable release (hopefully not later than in 1 week) there will be a separate build configuration for this device. Currently I'm not sure which of the existing ones is better because manual script.bin or fdtfile adjustments will be needed in either case.

hanni76 Posted November 27, 2017 Author Posted November 27, 2017 Hi, zador.blood.stained, thank you, we can see bananapim1plus among boards now and it is possible to compile an image for it. But there is a minor issue: for some reason the board does not appear in user interface.

You need to run a script with additional parameter EXPERT="yes" since it was added as .csc (community supported configuration).

I'm thinking about showing the switch supported/other view button regardless of EXPERT=yes since the warning will be shown anyway.
