Hi everyone viewing this post, here is the situation.

I think I have configured my hostapd correctly, but I cannot find the ssid(I haven't  hidden it), and I cannot even join mannualy.

there is no fatal error in the log so I don't know what to do.

PLEASE HELP. THANK ALL OF YOU VERY MUCH.

-----here is the log-----

Beside using the search function (right hand corner on top), I recommend you to reduce your configuration-file to the bare minimum and then see if it works.

If it doesn't work, search your log and use Google. I spent hours if not days to get the BPi-R1 working.

Thank you for ur reply,

And I tried this it worked:

rmmod bcmdhd
modprobe bcmdhd op_mode=2

AP6212 can only work in client mode or AP mode, it needs to be manualy changed.

However, after reboot it won't work, so I guess I have to figure out how to keep this state.
