Switching sunxi current to 5.4.y

Kernel 5.3.y has just been labelled as EOL which was anyway expected to happen soon and most of our "current" kernels are already at 5.4.y ... Is sunxi/sunx64 ready for this upgrade? 

Don't care about 5.5.y at this moment which means DEV branch can remain as is or if someone out of the regulars take it further.

I will spend sometime during next 2 weeks to migrate DEV to @megi 's 5.5.y branch ...

Few findings - also with other 5.4.y kernels:

- Orangepi3 = broken network
- Opi Lite crashing wifi

- Teres A64 = doesn't boot / no hdmi ?
- Tinkerboard 5.4.y = no HDMI

Thanks Igor for the info. i thought i broke my board when the Ethernet stop working after flashing a new image.

Isn't those problems related to NetworkManager ?

On my board, since I'm using almost every time "old school" /etc/network/interface, I've disabled NetworkManager and I don't have any network issues and boards are up since more than 3 weeks ...

Ah ! I was using WiFi ... But I just plugged ETH and don't see the issue ... Maybe issue is been introduced later than my 5.4.1 built on Dec 5th ...

Yes, that is possible.

And one more findings. I used DT found on LE from @jernej and it shows the same symptoms while LibreELEC (2019-12-20) works fine.

Problem is in u-boot. Last known good one: 2019.04
